PHILIPPINE KARATE-DO LEAGUE
In Trece Martires City a new wave of athletes are emerging in the
sport of karate-do. Originally from japan this martial art is new a individual
discipline in the country. April 13-14, 2013 the Philippine Karatedo
League held a national competition at the National Sports Complex in
Pasig.
The above picture was one of the activity moments of the
participants. Congratulations to the following Treceños coming from Barangay
Gregorio: Paul Delos Santos Gold medal:18 above Novice kata men, Marciano Calapati Silver medal: 6 below novice kata
mix, Reyven Callos Bronze medal: 6 below novice kata mix, Ryan
Callos Siver medal: 9 below boys novice kata, Francis
Erik Salvador Bronze medal: 9 below boys novice kata, from Jm Unabia
Navidad Bronze medal: 14 below boys intermediate kata and last but not the
least Cyryll Lomod Bronze medal: 16 below girls novice kata and
Bronze medal: +54 kg kumite girls.
