FIRE PREVENTION MONTH 2015
The highlight of this year's Fire Prevention Month is the conduct of Fire Olympics 1st Encounter which are held annually. Fire Olympics showcased the firefighting skills and capabilities of our industrial or commercial establishments' fire brigade. This was participated by five (5) private establishments in the city namely: Puregold, Waltermart, MV Santiago Medical Center,NTPI and Purebev. They competed for three firefighting events. The overall champion is MV Santiago Medical Center who will represent the city on the Provincial Level on April 10, 2015 at Univ. Perpetual Help Dalta at Molino 3 Bacoor City. The only downside of the event was no barangay participated.
Trece Martires City Fire Station once again spearheaded this year's Fire Prevention Month. A motorcade was conducted with DILG and CDRRMO on March 02, 2015 after the traditional flag raising ceremony on the City Hall grounds, City Fire Marshal, SR INSP HAZEL OLGA L DELOS REYES gave a short talk on Fire Safety. This year's theme is "Kaligtasan sa Sunog: Alamin, Gawin at Isabuhay Natin!' Other activities includes conduct of fire drills, Barangay Ugnayan, Posting of Posters, giving of flyers and leaflets and conduct of Pre-Fire Planning Seminars on Barangays and industrial establishments.
