The second part of the 62^nd Foundation Day of Trece Martires City is the newly elected officials had their oath taking ceremony which started with the oath taking of the new barangay chairperson of Brgy, Gregorio after the untimely demire of Mrs. Ellen Autriz. Mr. Eliseo Dela Luya was elected 1^st councilor and as a result was appointed as barangay chairperson by Mayor de Sagun. 

Congressman Jonjon Ferrer was the keynote speaker in the inauguration and he praised the city under the leadership of Mayor Melan for his aggressive investment agenda. The honorable representative also promised to assist Mayor Melan in development a special economic zone in the city that will attract businesses to boost employment.
