          For Mayor Melan, the month of March is one of the busiest months of the year with back-to-back-to-back speaking engagements as Guest Speaker in vaious recognition and graduation rites not only in public and private schools in the city but in near-by towns as well.

          Even the City Vice Mayor and the City Councilors are otherwise engaged in recognition rites of Day Care children, Grade VI and Highschool Students which are scheduled in the month of March.
